Win-Win-Win-Win?

Foreknown started out of necessity—we didn’t find hope-filled, Christ-centered resources to help us walk through the valley of pain to healing. Healing is important so one can walk through life with joy again, even after going through pain. Hope is necessary, but at some point, you have to walk through the valley and deal with that pain with Jesus so you can become healthy again. So, we held the first “For You Are Known” weekend retreat in 2019 to help people start a journey towards healing after pregnancy loss. (Win #1) We’ve helped hundreds of parents take that journey since its inception.

COVID taught us that parents needing healing have financial as well as spiritual and emotional burdens. We wanted to take the successful content from our weekend retreats and make it available to anybody, anytime, at a reduced rate, so they can learn about Jesus without travel, costs, or schedules getting in the way. We created our courses to allow grieving parents an impactful path to healing after loss. (Win #2)

If you know anything about running a non-profit, fundraising is always difficult. We wanted to offer our online courses as a means to keep Foreknown going, support the work we do, and help us decrease the fundraising burden that most non-profits face. (Win #3)
