Watch the Through the Valley Course Introduction.
Losing a child in pregnancy is different for men, and in the Through the Valley Course, you spend time walking through the differences and how to heal. Watch this promotional video about the course from instructor Ryan Cole, Leader and Coach of Foreknown Men. He has direct experience losing children in miscarriage and stillbirth and has walked with several men after miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, and other hard seasons of life. He will be your guide Through the Valley.
After pregnancy loss, many feel alone, unheard, and unsure how to move forward. You may wonder where God was, struggle to express your pain, or feel no one understands. This course offers a clear path through grief, helping you process emotions, maintain faith, and find a thoughtful community who truly gets it, guiding you Through The Valley with support, honesty, and hope.
Losing a child to miscarriage, stillbirth, or infant loss affects men too.

“I've been in your shoes...
From multiple miscarriages (some I didn't handle very well) to losing a full-term son to a stillbirth, I know all-too-well the lack of supportive and hope-filled resources geared at helping men understand their journey and pain.
There just weren't resources for men after pregnancy loss, especially leading back to Jesus.
Through the Valley is a way for you to process what you're going through and start learning what it looks like to put all of the hard things men experience in pregnancy loss together. It's a great place for you to start your journey right after a loss or to understand your emotions months later.
