When Grief Feels Like Too Much

Some mornings, the weight of it all makes it hard to breathe.
You wake up and remember, again, that your baby is not here.
The world keeps spinning, but your world… it shattered.

If that’s where you are today, please hear this first:

You are not alone.

Not in your sorrow or in your questions or in your weariness.

God is not waiting for you to “get it together.” He’s not disappointed in your tears. He doesn’t back away from your anger or confusion.

In fact, He draws near to the brokenhearted:
“The Lord is close to the brokenhearted and saves those who are crushed in spirit.” — Psalm 34:18

There is no right way to grieve. Some days you might feel numb and other days, the ache may knock the breath out of you.

That doesn’t mean you’re going backward, it just means you’re human.
A parent whose love didn’t end with loss. A heart still carrying more than words can say.

And here’s what we want you to remember:
Your baby’s life mattered.
Your grief matters.
You matter.

It’s okay if today feels too heavy. It’s okay if all you did was breathe. That’s enough.

We’re standing in that sacred space with you. Not with answers, but with presence, prayer, and hope that whispers, even in the dark, “You are not forgotten. You are deeply loved.”
