When people go through a miscarriage, the pain can be overwhelming and they don't know where to turn to for support. At Foreknown Ministries, we guide them to process grief to help them find encouragement, community, and ultimately the Hope that Jesus has for their future.
Who We Are

Through our eerily similar stories (see more in our bios), we realized that the Lord was at work in the midst of our grief. We leaned heavily on each other as we walked this heartbreaking road. Through many conversations (and tears) we realized that we had both been given the same dream; the dream to minister to other mommas who had walked this path. Through lots of prayer and research, Foreknown Ministries was born. We both firmly believe that there just aren’t enough resources our there for families who have experienced pregnancy and/or infant loss.

Alyson Brown
I come from a long line of women who have never struggled with pregnancy loss. The thought never really crossed my mind and I always thought I would be exempt even when I heard the stats on how 1 in 4 women will experience pregnancy loss. Nah, doesn’t apply here.
Kelsi Cole
It was set. The scheduled c-section delivery of our son on February 12th, early in the morning. The nursery was complete, the bags were packed and the car seat was in the back of the car. We were ready, and we couldn’t be more excited to meet our son, Whitson Reed Cole.
Our Mission is to empower mothers (and fathers) to find healing in the ultimate healer- Jesus Christ, after pregnancy or infant loss.
How Do We Accomplish Our Mission?

By texting “4Hope” to 719.626.8486, a grieving parent can connect with a Foreknown Team member who’s been in their shoes and can pray for them as they walk through loss. That text opens doors to support the parent as they navigate through pregnancy loss.

When people walk through loss, they need a practical path to understand what’s going on, how to hold onto hope, and, when ready, take steps towards healing. Our online journeys help people connect with Jesus and take practical steps through the pain.

The Foreknown Team has direct experience walking through pregnancy loss, finding hope, and learning how to help others heal. We’re not here to perpetually live in pain; our coaches sit in the trenches of grief with men, women, and couples to help them find hope again.

The Foreknown Community is a combination of our Facebook Page, Instagram Account, Text-Message Platform, Foreknown App and Website Blog. These exist to offer continual hope-filled and inspirational messages as parents are navigating the time between loss and whenever they are ready to start a healing process.

We have relationships with some of the largest OBGYNs, Hospitals, Ministries, and Churches in Colorado that allow us to equip doctors, nurses, pastors and others that support people in loss. We work with these people to help them understand and care for those going through loss, especially miscarriage and infant loss.

Okay, that one sounds a bit cheesy, but we saw it on a t-shirt somewhere. We approach our interaction with people from the foundation and basis that Jesus can heal a person in deep pain so they don’t have to walk with a limp the rest of their life. We have a firm belief that Christ can and will make us whole again and we offer this hope to those we serve.
